QA/QC Introduction

Maohuat Quality Control Department comprises IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC, QA and central lab. We insist on "quality is the life of enterprise" to meet customers' satisfactions and strengthen our inner quality system. We strictly control the whole process from materials to the finished products to make the defect rate to minimum.

We have achieved distinct results in the field of quality control as follows:
1) Passed the Export Enterprise Sanitation Quality System authentication in 2002 and the annual censor in 2003 and 2004
2) Passed the ISO9001 International Quality Management System authentication in 2003 and the annual censor in 2003 and 2004
3) Passed the HACCP system authentication in 2004

Performances:
1) Constitute and implement the Export Enterprise Sanitary quality System, regulate the sanitary management of our company, assure each patch products according with the sanitary standard, improve the product quality, improve the export quantity and protect the health of customers
2) Constitute and implement ISO9001 to regulate the quality management system and approve that our company have the ability to produce the qualified products to make customers' satisfactions
3) Constitute and implement the HACCP system, a complete prevention control system of food and safe, improve the safe quality management, enhance the quantity of export products, protect customers' health and safe
4) Through the quality management system control, our company is more efficient and ensures the stable quality. The check out rate have reached 100% and the spot test have also reached 100%
